Asset management

Our goal is to maximize the value of real estate by managing the assets on behalf of investors and owners. When purchasing properties, we develop funds that meet the needs of investors to purchase the potential properties for investment. We also gather investors from the property purchase stage.
Property management, we work with the property manager (PM) who manages real estate on site to operate the real estate based on our investment strategy.
Sales of property, we carryout strategic negotiation with potential buyers, return the final profit to investors after the sales, and our business with related properties is completed.

It is almost impossible for foreigners to acquire land in Asia, but anyone can buy land in Japan. Price levels in Tokyo are still relatively cheap, when compared to Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, and London. This change of economic environment has created a lot of new problems for corporate management.
I, using my experience and network established in dozens of countries when I travel oversea, can solve these problems smoothly, and progress with changing environment effectively and realize a prosperous society where people can share peace of mind and joy through the creation of new value.
Are they the wealth group behind the world economy? Are said to the Oversea Chinese network we have, and this company was established with real estate and financial experts who are familiar with Asian countries and lawyers who experts in Chinese affairs. We are mainly engaged in real estate business, but we also engage in М & A business and inbound / outbound business. We always keep in mind, "how we can provide the service with highest level of satisfaction and take best care of customer” and aim to provide service that actually provide returns.
The company name "SHIJUN" has a direct meaning of consulting, but it also has the idea of "connecting each other's feelings." After graduating from university, I worked for a credit card company for about 10 years, and was in charge of operations such as credit management, acquisition of member stores, and sales of renovation loans. After that, I was introduced by an acquaintance and worked as a sales manager for an IT venture company funded by a major advertising agency, launching new projects, acquiring franchisees, and advertising sales.
Based on that experience, I established a web production and system development company, and as my business expanded, I established and operated a system development company in Shanghai, China as a subsidiary.
After that, I switched to the real estate industry. I gained experience at a construction company affiliated with a real estate developer run by a relative, established a residential lodging management company, received approval from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and repaired and launched private lodging facilities.
Now, I decided to participate in Tokyo Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. I would like to make use of my experiences and contribute to the prosperity of the company and the revitalization of the industry by giving priority to customer satisfaction.

Majored in Thai at university and worked in Thailand after graduation. After working in customer service, secretary / interpreter, sales / marketing, etc. at four Japanese companies, founded a real estate agency for Japanese workers living in Bangkok in 2011. In 2019, after living in Thailand for 22 years, I left Thailand and returned to Japan, to utilize my expertise in Thai, experience and knowledge acquired from my life in Thailand, to produce proposals which matches our customers need.

Ever since I was a student, I have been interested in foreign languages and went to America to study English. After graduation, I worked at an airline company in Japan but I wanted to live abroad permanently. So, I decided to move to Australia. I lived in both Sydney and Perth for six years in total. While I lived with people from different backgrounds and cultures, I learned a lot about cross cultural communication. With the skills I have gained from these experiences, I hope to help facilitate transactions with overseas clients.

Born in Setagaya-Tokyo, I enrolled in a Singapore Japanese school due to my father's transfer to Singapore and spent my childhood. After graduate from Meikei Gakuen Junior High School and Tokyo International University, I returned to Singapore. After running the Issei discotheque at the Orchard Boulevard Hotel, I started a painting and building maintenance company related to my father's business. I received the order for the exterior wall and the other maintenance of Raffles City, the tallest building in Singapore at the time. Following the my father's passing, I sold the company. Currently, I am mainly working in wine-related business, which I have been interested in for a long time, and through the business, I have a strong connection with wealthy overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia.
I hope that it will be useful for those who invest from Asia to Japan and from Japan to Asia.
