The Monterey house at Chiba
From 23rd Jun, We went to Tateyama city in Chiba (Resort area in Boso Peninsula) and stayed one night.
We enjoyed BBQ and fireworks with other family.
It takes about 2 hours by car from Tokyo. I felt like it is the perfect place to refresh.
It is possible to buy and rent out the property if you want to, which would be good as a yield property.
